As a local businessman in Newport News and Hampton, i am writing to recommend Frank and his firm as excellent!  He was prompt and capable and had our 2011 Expedition re-keyed and programmed in under 40 minutes!  I had lost my keys packing for a camping trip and after searching for them with no luck, reached out to him and he made my camping trip a reality - and kept me out of the doghouse with my wife for  loosing the keys -

Locked myself out of my garage, found Franks info and experience list and gave him a call. He was out to my location in less than 30 minutes, took a look at my lock and had it open in less than 10.

Extremely professional and local, you can tell he's been doing this for a while. Had all his tools with him, knew just what to grab and saved me loads of money trying to mess with it myself. Very reasonable and experienced.

Quality service and a more than reasonable price for his work. I bought a Toyota Corolla from a friend. He only had one key and it was very worn. As well the drivers lock didn't work. Using the vin # I went to Toyota and had them cut me new keys from the keycode. Neither key worked in ANY of the locks or ignition. I called Frank and he said he could cut keys that would work. I removed both door locks and took them to Frank. From the same keycode the dealer used he cut me two keys and repaired the drivers lock. He's a true craftsman that knows his trade. Won't hesitate to use him again and recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks Frank!

Mr. Frank is THE best locksmith ever!

He came to my home to replace the ignition switch on my 94 Toyota Landcruiser. Not an easy task.

The parts place gave him the wrong part yesterday, so he came back today, no extra service charge to finish the job!

I highly recommend Mr. Frank for any lock and key needs!
